Each Peace Pillow is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and precision. Our pillows are not mass-produced, which allows us to maintain the quality, structure, and long-term support they are known for. Because of this, additional processing time is required before shipment.
Processing Time
Please allow 10–21 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. This timeframe reflects the care and craftsmanship involved in creating each pillow.
During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will communicate with you directly.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. Once your Peace Pillow ships, a separate email with tracking information will be sent so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Peace Pillow is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
