Exchange and Store Credit Policy

Peace Pillows are handcrafted with care. Because of this, we only offer exchanges or store credit.

How It Works

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange or store credit.

  • If your pillow arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges or store credit requests. This includes order confirmation emails for online purchases or a receipt for in-person purchases.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping and we recommend using a trackable method, as Peace Pillow is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Processing
Once we receive your item and verify purchase, exchanges or store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days. Store credit will be applied to your account or emailed to you for future use.
